The researchers said the link between eating fish with rheumatoid arthritis in women is provided in the amount of omega- 3 fatty acids provide the body daily . The research results were published in the journal Annals of the rheumatic Diseases ( U.S. ) indicate that fish oil , such as salmon , mackerel and herring seems to play an important role . Because they contain high levels of anti-inflammatory nutrients called omega - 3 fatty acids , have a positive effect in preventing the risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis .
